The general energy of the salon is horrible, lots of tension possibly between the staff? However, the lady attending to us does a good Koh but it it wasn’t for her I’d find somewhere else. The staff turn over is high here and clearly it’s not a happy place to work and it resonates

I had been looking forward to a relaxing facial after a hectic week at work but it wasn't as relaxing as I hoped. My therapist did a good job but there were a couple of things that did take away from the experience which could be easily rectified. First, there's the form filling and questions prior to treatment which I understand are necessary. However, I was ready to switch off, not on. I would suggest an online form be sent prior to the visit to streamline processes. Secondly, my facial was done in the room closest to the street and I had to listen to noisy motorbikes, cars and people passing by. I think this room would be better suited to people getting non-relaxing treatments, such as waxing. Next, when getting dressed and undressed before and after the treatment I was disappointed as the room is next to the waiting area, has a basket for clothing/belongings and a tiny little mirror. I would prefer a more private experience and a cupboard to hang my clothing with a mirror on the door to prepare myself before going back out into the shopping mall. Finally, my suggestion relates to the payment area which is very small and there are products and information stacked on the counter, almost like a fort, which creates a barrier to communication and depersonalises the experience. I have been attending Pure Indulgence for many years and I feel it is slowing becoming more and more like a sausage factory, with the focus on getting more people through and less focus on the customer experience. I did book another facial treatment for two weeks time so it will be interesting to see if my experience is the same.

I used the voucher I received by email for my birthday to have an actual massage on my birthday and enjoyed it very much. Thank you for the discount to spoil myself for my birthday and have some time to Pure Indulge myself.

My experience is one of happiness, beautification and most pleasing with your knowledgeable staff. I have always tried to care for my skin and at 75 yrs of age I was treated with dignity and empathy. My consultants name is Natasha. Thank you

I am pleased to say that the room I had my facial in this time was away from the road and very relaxing. I even went off to sleep a couple of times. As a consequence I booked an appointment for another facial in a month.
