only thing I noted was the air vent in the roof of the room I was in was covered in dust. the lady that did my treatment was lovely and had a very soft touch.

This is the second time I have been to pure indulgence springfield and not been that happy with my experience. The lady that did my brows asked me what I wanted and I told her just tidied up and I'd like the width of them to be kept roughly the same. She then drew guide lines on my face which I have never had done before and I've been getting my eyes brows waxed for at least 6 years now. That didn't bother me too much but she kept asking me what did I think and what do I want when I felt I'd explained to her what I wanted. I come to a professional in the hope they will know what will look best and be able to wax accordingly but I felt I had to keep telling her what hairs to pluck. In the end I just wanted to get out of there but wasn't that happy with the final result.

I was very happy with my experience at Pure Indulgence and will return at a later date. I have been a customer there on and off for over a year. I never ask for a certain employee but was impressed with a certain Irish lass.
