I have been coming to Pure Indulgence for years and much prefer to see my regular therapist (Penelope). The only thing I would like to say about today's appointment, is that I was booked in with Jess. She was fantastic! However, I would have preferred to know and/or have the choice to move my appointment if Penelope was no longer free. This is something I encounter from time to time at Springfield. Given I am one of your VIP customers, I would love to know when my appointments are moved to another therapist, to give me the choice to either continue to come in or move my appointment.
