I have been using pure indulgence for a very long time now, nearly 9 years. However recently a day before my appointment I was informed that my appointment that I had booked on a sunday had a surcharge! I had to then wait a few weeks to get the next appointment with my therapist. I am very disappointed with the way this has been handled and it has discouraged regulars as myself to find some place else. Being opened on both saturdays and sundays gives some options to working mothers who don't have time during the week. What a shame buisnesses don't care about communities anymore.
