My therapist left rhe room 4 times during the treatment, she also continuously talked throughout the treatment and kept pushing the facial series. Personally felt the treatment was a bit underwhelming

I’ve been going to Pure Indulgence at Orion, Springfield Lakes for nearly two years now and even though the staff change, I have found a wonderful therapist in Jaz. She’s attentive, caring but above all a great therapist who knows what she’s talking about, can identify all skin types and cater appropriately. I was the typical tomboy where I did not take care of my skin and used only water on my face. I now have a daily morning and evening routine that I stick by and wouldn’t have done so if Jaz hadn’t explained things thoroughly to me. I didn’t have to buy products immediately, let alone all at once. It was a gradual process and am very happy with my results. Did I mention I am pregnant and Jaz took care of my every need knowing which products she could and couldn’t use. Looking forward to more treatments with you guys x

I had Zoe as my therapist today, she is new to the salon and I was interested to see how she was. Let’s just say she was amazing!!! I couldn’t of been happier, I have definitely found my new therapist. Thank you!!!

Rated 9 on question #1 due to the noise that comes into the therapist rooms from the reception area (I understand this most likely unavoidable) I was also disappointed that my original booking last week was canceled at only an hrs notice, however, the therapist I had today (Zoey?) was fantastic! Polite, considerate yet confident at her job. I felt she understood what massage my body needed and put in the effort to make a difference.. much needed being 6 months post pregnancy! The receptionist was also very polite and friendly. Thank you again Pure indulgence Springfield! Hope to see you again soon.

It was the most relaxed Ive been in ages. Skin feels great and my therapist was really really knowledgeable and gave me some samples without pushing for the sale. Im going to go back to your Springfield store and purchase some products when I’m out there next. Loved it, will book again soon.
