Comment
The reason I have given 8/10 is because the entry foyer is small and can therefore get crowded and loud. I would have given 10/10 for Jess's service, however when I had finished my treatment, Jess was kindly explaining some other services available when another staff member signalled to her to hurry up and see to another customer. I understand it may have been busy, but I found this quite rude.
