I had my first facial in a long time with Kat 2 months ago. I had a such a lovely experience that time that i booked another one for today. It was as good as the first one that Kat did. It was good to see the results of my skin analysis. I felt so relaxed during & after that I said I feel like I’ve been on a vacation! The facial felt so lovely & Kat was so caring & attentive that I felt very special. I purchased some more product with Kats advice & a facial package so I can experience this again. I had a lovely time & will be back again real soon.

I was a bit concerned about the lack of precautions taken during this period given particularly that this suburb is one of the recent ones causing concern I think masks should be worn for treatments. I also was not asked any questions or if I had checked in on the app and was not asked to wash my hands or sanitise. When I queried this their therapist suggested I could wash my hands if I wanted to and when I queried about the questionnaire ( I’d way through my treatment) the response was a query to me as to whether I had scanned in and that head office had not directed the wearing of masks My therapist was lovely but I wish I had been more assertive from the beginninf about wearing a mask as I do feel a bit on edge.

I had another wonderful facial which was very relaxing and my skin got a massive hydration boost which is amazing! Thank you again to Sally for her wonderful service and always giving me the best advice with my products. I also want to say thank you to the staff for rebooking me in with Sally on short notice as I am moving up north and was able to get my treatment done early. As always wonderful service and staff!

The moment I walked into the salon I was greeted with a smile & a friendly greeting. I was taken into the treatment room by Kat who performed my eyebrow wax & tinting. I also had my eyelashes tinted. My eye started having a reaction. My eye was stinging so I mentioned this to Kat & she hastily rinsed my eye. Kat did my other eye with my approval as I didn’t want one eye tinted & the other eye not tinted. The same thing happened & Kat’s fast reaction meant I didn’t suffer too long. Kat was very friendly throughout my appointment & answered my questions about facials & the packages available & what would be suitable for my skin. I purchased a cleanser that Kat advised me on getting to go use with the pack I purchased a few weeks ago & had used all the cleanser. I will be booking in for a facial in a couple of weeks & purchase the package.
