The salon is very tired and unprofessional looking, which is a shame as this gives the impression of a care factor of nil from the owner of the business. I feel I pay a lot for the treatments which are well worth it, but the salon should reflect a more professional look and feel. I no longer recommend people to this salon due to the first impression being so poor. All therapists need new uniforms and the towels need replacing. On a positive note I would like to thank Pip for looking after me today, you are wonderful, my facial was exceptional, the way you tailor make my experience is very much appreciated. If the salon reflected the same professionalism and passion as the therapist, this would be the best beauty salon in Brisbane! Time for an update.....
