I have been having a series of Signature Massages which are meant to be for 80 mins. I have come to notice that the 80 mins is from the time they take you into the room not 80mins from the time they start massaging you. My last massage lasted a total of 60 mins it felt very rushed and not what I expect for the money i have been paying. Overall the place is lovely and the women are extremely professional.

I booked and paid for a 60 minute facial and was told the appointment would be 70mins to allow for consultation. My appointment started at 9:30 but my facial treatment didn’t commence until 10am after I checked the time with my consultant. I then told her I had another appointment to go to and have to leave by 11am. Once the treatment was finished, it had only been 50 minutes, not the 60 minutes I had paid for. I’m not really happy paying for a 60 minute facial for $124 but only receiving 50 minutes. My consultant was lovely, but I feel I deserved the extra 10 minutes I paid for. My appointment was on Friday 10th Feb at Springfield central

Hi I had a facial which was great but my voucher was for the ultimate which was a facial massage and pedicure but only got the facial and two more bookings for more facials .as I think I wasn't booked in for the ultimate as it was a Christmas gift.but I did really enjoyed the facial and the staff are lovely.

The end result of my treatment was not up to standard. I sometimes feel service is compromised when using a "gift card" rather than paying for the service.
