Was told treatment would take 2 hours when it took over 3 hours. People I was meeting with were a bit annoyed as it ruined plans. Seemed the therapist may have been new to some parts of the treatments (pedicure and massage) . And always the pressure to buy product throughout the treatment and after is annoying and cheapens the experience.

It has been suggested to me twice by your staff that I have rosacea. I have been to a dermatologist and he advised that I show no signs of having rosacea. Your staff should stick to giving facials, not medical advice!

I felt like I was being pressured to buy more treatments. To be honest the result around my chin and neck area was not great. I had asked this area to be targeted because I felt this needed some attention. The products used around my eye area gave me a lot of discomfort for many hours later. Also I was feeling unwell later that night and was wondering if it was due to the hot stone massage on my shoulders. This at the time was quite firm thinking it was meant to feel this way, I just persevered with the pain and didn't stop the girl doing it because I was assured she knew what she was doing. This was my experience so if you are not aware of this you can't look into how this can be improved.

I was fortunate to have a treatment done as i had booked this appointment two times previously only to have both appointments cancelled at the last minute by the manager due to "staff illness". This was incredibly frustrating as I had organised baby sitters both times. I won't be buying any more treatment packages at the Springfield salon for this reason. The therapist talked way too much about her personal life during my treatment which made it difficult to relax. It didn't feel like she was focused on my treatment she was too busy talking. I missed the face, neck and dec massage I used to get - apparently this was not included in the treatment anymore due to the design of the new LED lamps. Overall it was pretty disappointing.

When not getting many opportunities to attend a treatment it was disappointing to leave with a poor experience. I was offered a face treatment (30 minute express facial) and accepted this for an extra $30 on top of the treatment. When the mask was removed I realized it had only been on for no more than 5 minutes which is nowhere near long enough for any effect. Even though the staff were pleasant if there were time constraints the additional service should not have been offered. There was no other treatment offered whilst the mask was on.

Previous experiences have been good. However, I was not satisfied with the service of my last appointment. I had a eyebrow and lip wax, and hardly any difference was made to my eyebrows and half my lip still had significant hairs remaining. I believe this was due to inexperience so I called the salon to alert them to my dissatisfaction and they were happy to fix the situation immediately.
