I was very happy with the service that I received on my appointment, my 17 year old daughter however had an appointment the same day with a different beauty therapist - she is very disappointed with her service. she left the salon with sticky wax on her legs, hair missed on her legs. I had to come home and heat up my wax pot to finish her leg wax as we were going out to dinner. its strange that two clients can get such different service on the same day. she will not be going back, and will now try shine beauty.
