I went to Pure Indulgence when I was so insecure about my skin, and out of options - and I am so glad that I did! Ever since visiting Pure Indulgence, I have been so confident in my now-glowing skin and I am so thankful! Huge shout out to Nicole in Maroochydore for her constant advice and support - I would still be so hopeless about my skin if it wasn't for her!

I have been a customer for quite some time and have recieved great customer service every time though sadly the quality of service has fluctuated. I am very upset after todays visit after getting home and having a good look at the treatment recieved. Whilst I was there the service was amazing, great customer service, a warm and caring treatment however my eyebrows are uneven, one is thicker than the other, there is a lot of excess left over hairs that shouldn't be there on the outside, on the inside of my one of my eyebrows too much of the thickness taken and the natural shape gone. My eyebrows look thin, flat and noticable different to one another. It makes me extremely sad to have to provide this feedback because the lady that looked after me was super kind, but I am really unhappy with the way my eyebrows have turned out.
