I am a little disappointed with my eyebrows, they are quite thin and not the 'Pure Indulgence Signature' shape which they have been every other time I've been there. Maybe I wasn't clear when discussing what I wanted but I feel what I got is not what we discussed. They are tidy and very manicured, just too thin.

My treatments this afternoon were amazing! My facial therapist had some amazing customisation for my skin to give me something different - it still feels amazing! I had been going to get some tinted primer on after my treatment just to even out any redness but didn't even need it! My massage was excellent too! Nearly asleep by the end - every single move had a purpose and really got into my knotty muscles without pain! thank you girls :)

I had my very first peel and was a bit unsure of what to expect. Emily explained everything including how it would feel and how my skin will look afterwards and made sure I was completely comfortable about it all before starting. Her advice and knowledge was fantastic, checking the ingredients in the products that I already use before starting my peel. I found her to be very professional and friendly - loved her Irish accent! I'm very pleased with the result and how every step of the peel was explained prior to applying the products to my face. Would definitely recommend her!!
