It has always been lovely to get a facial at Pure Indulgence. However my experience this time just didn't have the care or finishing touches it has had in the past. I was left with a lot of oil on my back (normally this gets wiped off before the end of treatment) My hair was a birdsnest, I've had a head massage before but have never had my hair left in such a mess with knots. It was a nightmare to brush it out and try to get looking half decent to walk back out in public in the shopping centre. Lastly, I couldn't see clearly when I walked out as I had a lot or cream/product in my eyes. I don't normally give negative feedback but I have always had a wonderful experience at Pure Indulgence salons over the past years I've been going, it would be a shame to see the standard drop.

The beauty therapist that treated me was amazing. it was such a good massage. That is usually very hard to come by and my pedicure looks so nice. She was very friendly also. The environment was a bit noisy from the outside but not intursive which was good. They were also running late and didn't let me know when I arrived so waited 20mibs without knowing... Still the time was not lost during the treatment which is good.
