I have been a pure indulgence customer for quite sometime and over all that time |I have only had one not quite a 10 rating episode. But in saying that I told the manger of my store and she very quickly assured me that this particular person would receive extra coaching. It never deterred me in anyway from attending my next appointment. I now have regular appointments and have developed a wonderful rapport with my beauty therapist, who I request each time. She gives me such a wonderful relaxing experience each time that I am constantly singing praises about pure indulgence.
