My only cretic would be during the facial she talked me through each product and the benefits of it and what she was putting on my face. I personally get facials to relax and feel pampered not be talked through that and feeling as though it’s a sales pitch rather than and nice enjoyable treating myself experience. I walked away at the end not buying any products because I just simply didn’t want to with the experience. My only advice would be to go through the products after the facial and explain the order and benefits.

I really liked the lady I had. I’m just sad as I changed ladies as I felt rushed I was told this is a 45 min treatment. And the test or first peel was 1/2 hr. Both my 1st and second pro peels I have been out before the 1/2 hr is up. It like I got the most amazing treatment the first time and now because I have paid it is just getting me done and out the door so they can see the next person. I love the products and love the ladies and don’t want to offend any one I’m just confused at the process. And it was so expensive

First interaction to be told bed broken - "lovely" - then experience okay but had a pedicure and after colour applied - a wet shiny substance was over my toes and in particular my big toe. Polish did not dry - so at night my colour was removed on my sheets as no other option as just would not set. So now I have colour missing on both of my big toes. Loved my colour but disappointed.

I was treated with respect and overall enjoyed my experience. I found the chair was only just big enough for me, however my hands fell off to the side. I would have liked the beautician to let me know when she would put the hot towel on my face because it was slightly difficult to breathe at times. Also, being a facial service, I would have thought that that would take up majority of the time, however the massage was the same amount of time. I would go again, but only for special occasions. Overall, lovely people and enjoyable facials.

Kara was delightful and provided a professional service. The room was drab with a dirty ceiling. Drab paint colour, no decor or wall art.
