I have been to this salon many times before so I know the usual standard to expect Howe we this visit failed to meet the usual expectations. The music that is meant to be relaxing was too loud, the fluro lights were blinding when I took off my eye mask and the therapist forgot part of the service. I will credit the assistant that helped my when I was paying as she did try to resolve the issue with the forgotten part of the service however by this time I was ready to just leave. I will be back again and hopefully this is just a one off bad experience.

I specifically said I really wanted to focus on my shoulders and I don't feel as though I was listened to. I received a full body massage (which if I had asked for that, that experience would have been fine). But I really wanted my shoulders/top of my back massaged and I felt that not enough time was spent on that. Other than that, everything was great as usual!

I was surprised that she didn’t often to cut my nails. The rest of the service I felt a little rushed to be honest and all about upselling.

The lady who gave me my massage (?Taleisha) was so very wonderful! The only issue is that it was a bit pricey!! But apart from that it was pretty great

I had expressed that I have really tight/sore shoulders and neck and that I wanted a lot of time to be spent on that area but I felt like it wasn't really addressed/focused on in the massage.
