The position I was in for a pedicure was very uncomfortable - laying flat on my back with my knees bent and my feet in a bucket of water. My feet were not soaked for long enough prior to the procedure for the process to be effective. Also the lights were very bright and it was relaxing at all. It was a different room to the ones I am usually in for any treatment at Pure Indulgence and there is usually dim lights, lovely music and beautiful aromas??? I ended up with a sore back due to the uncomfortable position.

I was very disappointed this time as my daughter saved hard for a gift voucher for me for Xmas and I had a deluxe pedicure and I was not happy with the polish as it lifted the next day. I also specifically asked to have my heels smoothed and they were did not look or feel like I had been to the beauticians.

I was very disappointed in my service today. The facial was very heavy handed and uncomfortable. Definitely will not be going back.

i have been to Pure Indulgence many times and always have a great experience. However this time I felt the therapist was not very experienced. I had a pedicure and hand refresher but I ended up going somewhere else the next day to get my my nails redone.

There is little to recommend the welcome at this salon. I have been back a number of times in the hope that things will improve. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. Whilst I feel the services are okay, the staff are not welcoming, or make you feel welcome by inviting you to sit, offering you a glass of water or pause in their gossiping around the reception desk to ensure your comfort. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment as most salons request this only to be told that I have arrived 10 minutes early and basically to come back at my allotted appointment time. Very much a cattle class experience.

It appeared as though it was Iacee’s first leg wax. I was left with lots of hair remaining. She was pleasant but I don’t feel as though it was worth the money as I had to pluck out numerous hairs up on my return home, even using at home wax strips to remove remaining hair.
