I always love having treatments at Pure Indulgence,Leanne is always Friendly and Proffessional,she is extremely good at what she does, her service is Excellent which shows her love of her Job.Although something has happened, it's as if she is being bullied in the work place.I know she has been unwell with Glandular fever as some of my appointments were rescheduled .The vibe of the salon has changed,Jody was a Wonderful warm and friendly person much like Leanne which made it a pleasure to enter salon.Steph is also very Proffessional and great at her job.Leanne is an asset to your business ,you are extremely lucky to have such a warm ,friendly and an Exceptional Beauty Theropist.I am looking forward to my next appointment next week.Warmest Regards Kristi.

I received a 2 hour pamper pack as a Mothers Day gift from my daughters who wanted their Mum to have a relaxing experience. I stressed this to the consultant. Whilst I had a fabulous massage and facial, I was bombarded with hard sell all the way through. I had an extremely difficult week at work and just wanted to unwind. I did not want to buy products, I just wanted my pamper session. My daughters were very sad that the hard sell occurred and I have asked them to not give me another voucher from your business.
