Have been quite a few times and have the pedicure with a French polish. Has always looked great, except this last time when the colour on my toenails was cream with white on the ends. They acknowledged that it wasn't right when a couple of other staff came in. Then they are asking me which colour should they use. They finally found a colour they thought might be right and said would only do one coat in case it went too creamy again. They acknowledged they hadn't done a french polish in a long time. They were very nice, but I thought it unusual they didn't know what to use for a french polish. I don't need anyone to contact me. Just thought I'd bring this to their attention.

I had a 30 min back massage at $75. I was unable to have full package (not PI fault). Wouldn't recommend this. It consisted of rubbing cream into soft tissue. Much better value elsewhere. No check in regarding strength of massage after commencement. Environment very stark. Spa prices with supermarket ambience.

The entire experience was unsettling I may have had a trainee which if this was the cause I would have liked to have been told The entire time was disjointed no flow and I did not relax The pressure used was excessive as well Not very impressed at all Sorry but I don't think I would come back
