As usual, Tanya is a goddess who treats me like a long lost Alien who is in need of desperate treatment, which she is both willing to give and even more eager to give. She knows I will appreciate anything she does to make me less troll like. Can't wait to see her again in a week when the withdrawal symptoms will have decreased enough that I will forgive her for the fact she will be inflicting pain on me this time. Can't wait!

I was devastated when I learnt that my favourist therapist was on holidays (How dare she leave me when I needed her??!!). I suspect she knew I was planning to come and decided I wasn't worth her time! I will exact revenge so she had better watch out! Anyway, instead I had a therapist I have never had before who was quite good, Nikya(sorry if this is misspelt!). She was thorough in seeking information about the products I use, listened to the advice I gave regarding my usual inability to use peels and gave information about the current deals available on products I regularly use. Once she commenced the facial, she was professional. When applying the peel section, she sought info about how I was dealing with it then made a point of massaging the product in in such a way that it alleviated the tingling. At the end of the facial I was surprised to see that I had not been as affected by the peel product used as I anticipated. Overall I was pleased with the work done by this new therapist. One thing I do encourage her to do though is to seek feedback from her client as to the pressure used during facials. I found that she was somewhat stronger than I recall experiencing during a facial. However, since she was new to me, I did not complain and merely noted this for future reference. Since a facial should be an enjoyable experience, some clients might find her strong massage technique off putting.

It would be appreciated if you could somehow ensure that clients have the same therapist for visits. I find the therapist I had last week really does a great job of my waxing service but I don't recall actually ensuring that I get her. I don't even remember her name to be honest but would love it if she was always available when I asked for an appointment (even if it means you let me know she is only available at a particular day/time so I have to change my appointment time request to get her). This would help me as I trust her to do a good job where some other therapists do not do such a good job I have found. Perhaps something can be done to your computer system to assist with this.

As usual the two ladies who worked on me were great. I came home feeling and looking great.

Alannah is be far the best beautician that I have ever seen. I have seen other therapists at the Maroochydore store and they are not at Alannah's standard and I would not attend the store if it wasn't for her.
