Really calming place, I was running late as I got lost and I wasn’t judged I was just welcomed in. Beauty/skin therapist was so amazing and just chatted to make me feel comfortable and made sure I left feeling the best

I would have liked my therapist to have introduced herself. Also, I did not receive any professional advice (I had a pedicure) so it would be good to have an N/A option in the survey above.

Hi, this is the first bad experience I have had in the last 10 years at the salon. I had a girl named Danielle, she was lovely and very helpful prior and after the treatment. Just awfully distracted during the treatment. (not sure if she was texting or something?) I'm not quite sure what she was doing, I don't like to complain about these sorts of things, but I will request a different girl next visit :)

Alannah was by far one of the best staff to date to provide me with a massage as she listened to my concerns about the pressure to apply and only made one mistake the entire time. However, once she realised the area was so sensitive, she reversed the pressure to suit the needs of the area. It was a most enjoyable massage. My skin felt wonderful afterwards and is still glowing this morning which is great. I felt Alannah's time spent at the start asking about my skin routine and massage needs was beneficial for both her and I. Thanks once again for a great time.
