My massage lady(Kara) was very lovely, warm and welcoming. However the massage was more of a remedial than a relaxation one which was a bit disappointing. I specifically asked for a relaxing one and a light pressure. The ladies out the front were friendly enough but perhaps when massages are in progress maybe a sign should be placed to let people know or the staff out front should respect what's going on and be more quiet instead of being loud and high pitch laughing. Overall ok enough experience. Probably wouldn't be my first choice next time.
