I have been to this salon many times before so I know the usual standard to expect Howe we this visit failed to meet the usual expectations. The music that is meant to be relaxing was too loud, the fluro lights were blinding when I took off my eye mask and the therapist forgot part of the service. I will credit the assistant that helped my when I was paying as she did try to resolve the issue with the forgotten part of the service however by this time I was ready to just leave. I will be back again and hopefully this is just a one off bad experience.

Can't use gift cards on Sunday's, company policy. I always get excellent service from the therapist's though.

The entrance and waiting area is uncomfortable and cluttered.

Kara was delightful and provided a professional service. The room was drab with a dirty ceiling. Drab paint colour, no decor or wall art.

I was treated with respect and overall enjoyed my experience. I found the chair was only just big enough for me, however my hands fell off to the side. I would have liked the beautician to let me know when she would put the hot towel on my face because it was slightly difficult to breathe at times. Also, being a facial service, I would have thought that that would take up majority of the time, however the massage was the same amount of time. I would go again, but only for special occasions. Overall, lovely people and enjoyable facials.

First interaction to be told bed broken - "lovely" - then experience okay but had a pedicure and after colour applied - a wet shiny substance was over my toes and in particular my big toe. Polish did not dry - so at night my colour was removed on my sheets as no other option as just would not set. So now I have colour missing on both of my big toes. Loved my colour but disappointed.
