I really liked the lady I had. I’m just sad as I changed ladies as I felt rushed I was told this is a 45 min treatment. And the test or first peel was 1/2 hr. Both my 1st and second pro peels I have been out before the 1/2 hr is up. It like I got the most amazing treatment the first time and now because I have paid it is just getting me done and out the door so they can see the next person. I love the products and love the ladies and don’t want to offend any one I’m just confused at the process. And it was so expensive

My only cretic would be during the facial she talked me through each product and the benefits of it and what she was putting on my face. I personally get facials to relax and feel pampered not be talked through that and feeling as though it’s a sales pitch rather than and nice enjoyable treating myself experience. I walked away at the end not buying any products because I just simply didn’t want to with the experience. My only advice would be to go through the products after the facial and explain the order and benefits.

My usual experience has always been very positive and professional at my salon. Today, I can't say the same. My beautician was lovely in manner but seemed disorganized. I'm not sure if this meant she ran out of time but I just didn't feel my pedicure was done properly.

Great service as usual from Tanya who is my regular therapist. Emma did my pedi for the first time and she seems nice and did a very good job. The only comment I would make is that the rooms could do with a bit of brightening up - maybe a bit more colour for atmosphere!

The lady that did my eyebrow sculpture was extremly nice however I wasn't fully satisfied with the final result as I have had my eyebrows done at pure indulgence countless times and I have always loved them. She seemed a little unsure and also didn't outline my brows and measure them befor hand to show the shape they would be after the wax. As I have booked a follow up appointment would this mean one of the best estheticians would be waxing my brows as it has been booked about four weeks in advanced apposed to a last minute booking.

I probably would expect to at least have a massage of my feet and a top coat on my nails for $80.
