I went for a massage but was running a bit late and the lady didn't tell me when I called to say I'd be 15mins late that I would sacrifice 15mins of my massage. So my 45mins massage turned out to be less than 30mins but still the same price. decided to give them another go and returned for a facial, the main problem is they don't spend the entire time the price guide says they will. Every time I've noticed the service will finish at least 5 minutes before it's ment to.

Last few visits were good, this time thought the young ( although very pleasant ) needs more experience. Had the lotions too close to my eyes and had product seeping in all afternoon. Suggest getting new girls ( or less experienced girls) to try some facials etc on experienced and see how they can I improve

Pedicure was fine. Relaxing environment and the young girl was lovley. She did accidentally draw blood on my toe. I piece of skin was stuck more than she thought. This has never happened to me on a pedi before. And I probably could have scrubbed the skin on my heals with a pummis better myself. I wouldn't return for a pedi but have been happy with my other services there.

I like your treatments but I feel they are expensive for what they are and I do not like the hard sell the buy the products. Every time I have been in there I feel like I have been pressured to buy products.

Thoroughly enjoyed the treatment & my therapist was very good. Perhaps some feedback on how my skin was prior to the treatment would have been helpful to change my regime or products.

The overall massage was good and received excellent service. My concern was around the added extra which I purchased (at a $20 cost) as I was not 100% certain that I even received the post massage balm. I say this as I had received a standard massage in the month/s earlier and did not notice a difference in the service given. Also shortly after the massage my right elbow started aching to which I can only put it down to the therapist hyper-extending my elbow. It is still quite painful today and have had to put ice on it to assist with the sensitivity.
