While the service was wonderful, unfortunately the towels and sheets seemed old and dirty. I felt they may not be changed after every client. There appeared to be particles on the top and inside the bed. Sorry.

It is a tiny place and no room to sit and chat with consultant. The rooms are tired and dirty looking. Emily was lovely and chatty

Wasn’t asked what shape I would like my brows before beautician started. It was a dimly lit room. I would have thought a brightly lit room or a ring light/ magnification would be of benefit. Beautician was very pleasant.

I was once again disappointed that I did not receive either a head or hand massage whilst waiting for my eyes to be done. This has been an ongoing complaint of mine as there seems to be no consistency with the staff members. I was also a little disappointed as when I phoned to make a booking I asked for a specific person and was told she was fully booked. I sat in the waiting area for 40 minutes waiting for my daughter to have her treatment and the whole time the girl I had requested was at the front desk and not with clients.

Booked appointment online but when arriving at salon was told that usually gift vouchers are not accepted on Sundays. No mention of this when booking was made. An "exception" was made and I was allowed to go ahead with appointment. The voucher $250 was purchased first week of January and given to me by my son so it was a bit off putting. Pure Indulgence has been paid in advance for services by way of the voucher so why wouldn't vouchers be accepted on a Sunday? The services were done well but I used the remaining amount left on the voucher for product so as to avoid returning.

The young lady who took care of me seemed very pleasant. To be honest I found the experience frustrating. On a number of occasions she literally didn't do anything. For example when she asked if I would like a head massage while I had a mask on I said yes absolutely, she literally sat at the head of the bed with her hands on my head and did nothing. I actually thought she had fallen asleep. It was all very strange. To be honest I was lucky enough to come today using a gift voucher. If I had been paying myself I would have been very disappointed.
