I went in and had a facial, I’ve had many facials before, but felt that this one in particular was very rushed, it wasn’t relaxing at all. The therapist was quite rough, about 5mins before the facial ended someone had opened the door to the room so I could hear a lot of noise and felt like I could be seen whilst lying on the bed, it didn’t feel private at all. I purchased this facial for Gift to myself for graduating university, I probably wouldn’t go back for this service.
