Didn't get asked if I would like a strip across the top of my wax-I usually get one but she had already packed up so didn't this time. Beautician said nothing throughout the entire appointment. Didn't ask any questions, or check on how I like it etc. Usually service and quality is excellent, so I hope this is a one off.
