I loved my visit as I always do. I only go to get brows done but love the overall experience. Today, I was a bit disappointed however as usual when I go to get my brows done I get a quick head massage and take in 3 deep breaths and smell the lavender. Today those two things didn't happen. I still love going there and staff are great! although these small touches make my experience more worth while and it is also one of the reasons why I choose to go to pure indulgence over other salons. I was just a bit disappointed when these usual things weren't done.
