I opted for the yuva 30 minute facial as the service menu stated that it Includes a relaxing foot massage. I wouldn’t call having a hot towel placed on each foot a massage. Otherwise it would have been a great experience . Maybe rephrase your brochure to feet hot towel...

I was very pleased with my visit & my appointment time, i am just wondering why when I ask if I could have the facial hair just under my bottom lip waxed before my facial I couldn't.I was told that You only work by appointment & wasn't even offered a later time.I would like to know if you recieve this comment. First experience visiting Pure Indulgence for me with a Mother’s Day pamper pack and I definitely didn’t leave feeling disappointed and will be back in the near future. I was pampered by Maddie who I highly recommend, I felt comfortable and relaxed to the point of falling asleep during my facial. The smells of the products used were Devine! I was in sensory heaven! My skin feels amazing and I can’t wait to visit again

As always the ladies at Pure Indulgence Toowoomba are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the treatments and skincare products they recommend. There is no pressure to purchase but I bought product as I hadn't tried Yuva before. The facial I had was a very relaxing experience, my skin feels wonderful.
