Communication with the client seems to be lacking...once upon a t ice you’d have a little chat...not anymore! I had my brows done, and the employee didn’t ask me if I wanted my eyebrow hairs cut...didn’t like that!

I’m happy with my service but found the beautician not that friendly. Hardly spoke a word to me during the pedicure.

My beautician on the day was excellent. Ellie was her name. My experience at the front counter left a lot to be desired. The assistant quoted the cost of the treatment at $170.00. I produced a gift voucher for $75.00 which seemed to irrate the assistant and she asked as to where the voucher was purchased. As it was a gift for Christmas I did not know but as my daughter is a regular client at the Toowoomba salon I assumed and indicated it was Toowoomba. After some tapping on the computer I was told I owed $100.00. I appeared now to be paying $5 because I had a gift voucher. I left doubting whether I would ever return. On enquiring my daughter said she had purchased the voucher on line.You advertise the purchase of gift vouchers on line. I consider the attitude of the assistant absolutely disgusting considering I was purchasing a service to the value of $170.00. g

I brought a package for a facial peel and left with burns to my face.My scabbing has all cleared up however I am left with 3 scars to my face.I feel a tad bit ripped off If Im to be honest as I brought the pack for pigmentation and done see that my 3 visits had made any difference plus Im left with extra marking on my face (scaring from peel) Ash from pure Indulgence is absolutely lovely!

When getting eyebrow and other facial waxing, you need a bright light on a swivel arm so you can see what you are doing. just using the light under the cupboards is not enough. The last three visit's for waxing, I have come home to pluck more hair out that was left behind. Don't think I will be coming back.

The girl that done my pedicure was very very lovely. I just felt like i could have gotten more for my money. I was booked in for a luxury pedi and shellac polish upgrade, i waited in the waiting room for at least 10-15 mins and my payment had went through at 11.40 so i was not in there for 60min. I felt that my feet could have been filed alot more. I booked the luxury pedi to get the best foot massage and it didn't last long enough, by the time i was starting to enjoy it, it was over. So the girl was very lovely and had great conversation but i was very disappointed in the experience that i received, i think i will try another place next time. Sorry but that's being very honest.
