I am so happy with everything at Pure Indulgence a Toowoomba. Tonight I had a brow wax and it would have to be the best brow wax I've ever had. Hannah knew that I was nervous going in as I had mentioned it to the staff member on the phone when I made the appointment. She checked my brows first, talked through everything and even offered for me to hold the mirror while she did it. I am so happy with her waxing and the way she treated me so respectfully. The time before I had a Brazillian and I'm not sure who my theparist was but she was brilliant too! Honestly, it was the best Brazillian I have ever had too. And I was telling that to Hannah tonight. I was given numbing spray for the first time ever and she was so quick and thorough. And I've been getting waxing done for the past 16 years. The salon is great value for money. I'm a stay at home mum with an 8 month old and my husband and I have chosen for me not to return to work so we are currently on a single income. So money is tight and I'm very happy to pay the prices as I think they are very reasonable. Thank you and you will be seeing me again and again. Michelle

Only thing I wish I was advised when I purchased the gift vouchers that they couldn't use on a Sunday. I wouldn't of booked a Sunday appointment. The therapist was fantastic .

I really enjoyed my gift voucher I received for a hand refresh. I was just disappointed with myself as on leaving I pulled out my wallet to retrieve my voucher and subsequently damaged the nail varnish. Maybe customers should pay before their treatment???
