It was wonderful to be fitted in so promptly. The environment was lovely.The lady who booked my appointment was most friendly and helpful. I did find that the particular lady giving me service on the day seemed a little preoccupied as if something was troubling her and she was not able to give it her best. I was a little disappointed as it was my first massage and it was my Birthday. What also upset me a little was that her one nail was a little long and I came home with a bad scratch. In hindsight I should have told her but as it was my first time and she had already had to interrupt my session, and I had another appointment, I first thought I wouldn't say anything and that it wouldn't matter. However the massage itself was wonderful and the hot stones fantastic. Perhaps she just had an off day. I thought to make a comment because although it may seem like an everyday event for the staff, for me at 43 years of age it was a treat and there may be others out there who have the same experience. I dearly wanted a massage as I work as a RN in terminal care. I would like to recommend you to my friends as they often go for massages. Should I have the same experience again I may be hesitant to recommend your facility.

My second visit to the salon. My reason for returning was because my first experience was amazing. I re booked with the same therapist although when I got there I got a different therapist. Not as good as my first one. The attention to detail and treatment by my first therapist was above and beyond. My second therapist was good but not as attention to detail.

When getting eyebrow and other facial waxing, you need a bright light on a swivel arm so you can see what you are doing. just using the light under the cupboards is not enough. The last three visit's for waxing, I have come home to pluck more hair out that was left behind. Don't think I will be coming back.
