I’m actually a bit disappointed. Had a 60 minute massage appointment at 2. The appointment runs from 2-3:10pm. I’m guess allowing for 10 minutes undressing/dressing and ‘up selling’ time. The lady that did my massage didn’t walk back in the room until 2:10pm (according to the little clock in the treatment room) after I had undressed and then she had finished the massage, had me sat up to get dressed by 2:57pm (again, according to the little clock in the treatment room. When I am paying a whopping $105 for a 60 minute massage, I expect to get 60 minutes of massage - like I have at every other place I have gone to. Not a 45 minute massage and then trying to be sold the products that she used after. It was a relaxing massage, quite enjoyable and she was lovely, I just would like to get the time that I actually pay for. I feel bad for saying anything but $105 is ALOT of money to pay for a massage, I don’t think asking for the 60 minutes I booked for, for that price is asking too much though.

I have visited Pure Indulgence several times since moving to Toowoomba. The ladies are always friendly and helpful. I've always been very satisfied with the results. There is no pressure to buy products. The atmosphere is very tranquil and relaxing.. nice aromas.. nice music..a great experience.
