Was supposed to receive a 40 minute massage, I'm not sure how long my massage was but it was less than 40 minutes. I had a 1 o'clock appointment, I went in after 1 (staff being late not me) but my massage still finished right on 1:40. The staff doing the massage was not friendly, did not promote a feeling of comfort or confidence and made it seem like this was the last thing she wanted to be doing. I have had massages before and this is the first one I've had where the masseuse stood at the head of the table and lent that far over that they were pushing my head down further into the hole with their stomachs. This whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I won't be back again. The only positive was the staff that greeeted me when I arrived, she was friendly and polite.

I experienced a fantastic massage but it only went for 50mins instead of 60. I don't think it was great value for money.

I had the eyelash/brow wax tint trio. I did not have an appointment but was lucky enough to be fitted in between other appointments. My beautician pronounced my name wrong, I corrected her and while she did apologise, she and the front counter assistant continued to miss-pronounce it. My treatment was carried out very professionally and I was very happy not experience any discomfort with the eye tint. I felt the beautician could have better communicate what she was doing, especially when you have been lying in a dark room listening to calming music play, feeling very relaxed, then without a word, suddenly the lights turned on and someones hands are touching your eyes, this can be alittle alarming. I'd suggest saying something like "I'm just going to turn the lights back on and remove the tint now." (a dimmer switch for the lights too) Also during my treatment my beautician neglected to ask if I was at all experiencing any discomfort. (I didn't, but still it would've shown attentiveness) The massage while a lovely extra, was concentrated in the same spot for too long and actually become unpleasant. Please take my feed back as constructive criticism with the intention of only helping to improving your already quality service. All in all I was very happy with my treatment.
