It started badly as I was 5 minutes late as I was stuck in Christmas traffic and she wasn’t happy or forgiving when I explained. I do get the inconvenience to the next customer (if there was one). The meet and greet woman on the desk was rude and even getting information out of her for a price of a product was responded to with a distasteful look and curt reply. I had no idea what she was talking about.. I didn’t buy anything in the end. They should explain what they’re talking about as we don’t speak in their beauty vocabulary . Keep it simple! The cosmetician that done my treatment was beautiful, kind and very professional. I haven’t rebooked. Once I use up the rest of my voucher I won’t go back to this salon.

Hi, I am definitely not a complainer, but I was somewhat grateful that you have given me the opportunity to voice my dissatisfaction. The young girl who did my eyebrows was very nice.... but I get so annoyed when I have spent nearly sixty dollars and have to come home and tweezer hairs not removed under and around my brow. Really obvious ones. I had an upper lip wax as well and had to do some extra plucking around the crease of my lip....

Hi, I was well treated and received a perfect eye brow shape from Carly today as my other beautician wasn't in. I was disappointed at two ladies at the front desk when they asked about my plans when I said I do avon in the afternoon, they both gave disapproving looks to each other. If Iam mistaken I'm very sorry. But I love the quality of service I usually have. Thanks for doing a great job on my eyebrows, I still would recommend you to others. Thank you Kind Regards

Not happy with the overall look of my nails for the price I had to pay. I know they are short but the polish seem to be thick and I could have done a better job myself.

I was dissapointed that the therapist I had booked in with was not available, and I had not been told or asked if I wanted to re-schedule, as we are working towards a particular goal I felt my moeny was wasted this visit, obviously I will make it clear the next time that this is not acceptable.

The massage and facial was great, service from therapist fantastic. The towels are terrible, had to lay and be cover if frayed towels. Very scratchy , it was the same when I had a facial last time but next time I will not return until they get better quality towels. Not a very good experience to lay on very old towels.
