For a first time customer you would think the staff would have amazing customer service this was not the case. When I arrived I wasnt acknowledged while the sff member worked her way on a computer. When I came out to leave the manager was standing at the door talking to a friend she seen me but ignored me.I would have to say there are many places to go in Toowoomba for facials the staff need to get better customer service. Its doesn't take much to acknowledge someone with a simple hello or I won't be to long at all. Very poor service I felt. I will say though the facial was lovely just no personal customer service or personal skills by anyone. I cant say I'd be back or recommend.

I am very disappointed with the tinting and waxing I had yesterday. My 11 yr old grandson said I had mens eyebrow.I scubbed the to remove dome colour also I did want them thinner at the point closest to my nose. But was told that was the right thickness from measurements. I am getting them thinned out by another person today therefore there was no value for mondy as I have to spend more to gdt them fixed. The lighting in the room is dim therefore I didn't think they were so dark. Redards Dianne Croft

I have previously had good massages here, but this one was not good. It felt as though the person had not been trained at all. It was just random rubbing with no rhyme or reason. A lot of the rubbing was on areas of just bone, not muscle, and it hurt. I asked for concentration on my right shoulder blade, but she worked on my left shoulder instead. The service I requested was a back massage, but she spent a few minutes of it pulling out my hair tie and all my bobby pins to massage my head. I hadn’t washed my hair so wasn’t particularly comfortable with this’. She then spent a few minutes more putting my hair back up and my bobby pins back in. A good 10 minutes of an already bad back massage wasted on stuffing around with my hair. It definitely felt like a waste of money and I was pretty disappointed. I had to get my boyfriend to work out the knot afterwards. This person needs more training before continuing to charge people full-price for this service.

I think you $75 charge for your foot spa is overpriced. Equipment didn’t work so other things were used Foot soak was minimal & a wish washy experience Assistant was lovely but young. I felt I was given an apprentice because I was using a voucher

The lady was rough with my facial. She was rough with my skin under my eyes. Leaving my skin sore and tender. The lady was very pushy with upselling of the beauty products. When she asked me what is my face beauty routine, I said “a shower, a scrub and moisturise”. She looked at me and said “really? That’s it?” I said yes. She went on saying “you don’t use serums, cleansers, tinted sunscreen, eye cream?” I replied with “no.” She looked at me and said “ugh”. When she showed me the pictures of my skin she said “this is what your skin will look like if you don’t use the correct beauty products”. I replied back that my mum only ever used scrubs and moisturisers and her skin is beautiful. Genetics play a lot bigger role than random beauty products that cost $80-$100 per bottle. I bought this facial for myself for my birthday to have on my birthday. It was a very big disappointment. I also would like to get my receipt to see what individual charges you made. The card receipt is not good enough. You will not be getting me back.

The lady barely spoke to me and the wax was too hot. Had great experiences in past but was left a bit unhappy today
