The service is always excellent and I am always given an appointment, even when I call with short notice, they go out of their way to accommodate me. All staff are friendly and excellent, I have been going for years.

Thank you for the continued good service at Rachels. I'm looking forward to experiencing the new laser machine. I was advised today 6-12 treatments are recommended to achieve the best results. Is like to suggest a reduced package offer if you purchase a program of 6+. Currently you revive a reduction of taken with facial (only). Thank you for the opportunity to provide suggestions.

as I have said before it would be nice to have a chair in the room to put your clothes on so i was very impressed to find a chair and a coat hanger to hang my trousers as I had come straight from work leesa was very good also :)
