Unfortunately the first negative experience I've had in 10 years at Racquels. A staff member who did not listen to my request (I asked for my chin not be done, and even after the wax was put on, she waxed anyway instead of removing with water), and seemed to be inexperienced in waxing eyebrows - which turned out to be a painful (which I informed her of at the time) and dissatisfying appointment. My face is now swollen and red. Eyes and the surrounding skin are one of the most sensitive areas of the face and should not be repeatedly touched and combed after waxing. Nor should repeated plucking of skin (her technique was incredibly painful - fast rather than focussed on hairs). I am not sure if this has deterred me from using Racquels again after 10 years of custom, but certainly will not book with that same staff member again.

Professional, friendly service and affordable. I booked in with Dina for waxing and eyelash/eyebrow tint. I can't speak highly enough of the service I received. I highly recommend to anyone to make an appointment with any of the ladies. Thank you so much, I'll be back!
