Thamina is always lovely to chat to and also incredibly good at her job. I have been visiting Raquel's for quite a few years now and the beauty treatments are both professional and friendly. I am a fussy customer and find that Raquel's are sensitive to my needs and open to hearing exactly what it is I need.
