Excellent facial with great results, pleasant staff and environment. Rather noisy at times and as I was there for 2 hours listened to the same music over and over. Of course this is not a day spa so perhaps clients come and go and don't notice Enya playing on repeat! Wills come back for another facial.

MY first face wax wasn't fully completed When I rang to have the work redone Melissa did an excellent job I will be requesting her in future for face waxing

The online booking system needs some work. I couldnt get the time I wanted which was fine but then I needed to call to find an alternative time. Although it gave a list of other days at that time, what I needed was a list of other times available on that DAY!

Need to inform you that I did not exactly get what was promised. Facial + shoulder + head massage. Facial was excellent. There was no shoulder massage at all which I was very disappointed about. Head massage was horrible! She just rubbed the same spot for ten minutes. Was uncomfortable and I honestly think I could've done a better job myself. Sorry for the bad review I was just not very happy

I have been going to Raquels for the last 2 years and have no intention of going anywhere else. Always professional and reasonably priced.

Overall experience was very acceptable my only concern was that myself and daughter had a spray tan for a wedding we were attending and we were a little disappointed as my tan was not evenly spread and my daughters tan was very very light. We had 2 new staff members so l think they need more experience in spray tanning. I will return if l require any further tanning but l will as you an experience staff member.
