While my massage was nice I have some feeback. It was a full body massage but didnt include feet or my head like I have had at other places. I also feel like my lower back was missed. Most of the massaging tended to feel the same. Also a great deal of noise from the front of the building travels to the back and employee voices could be heard from the massage room. Perhaps the music could be in the room to block out some noise instead of playing from the area outside the room. People working at the front should also keep this in mind when speakimg to each other. It was also a bit cold in the room. At other businesses I have been offered an extra towel or blanket. Lastly, the staff member was lovely but should be mindful that during a massage, people normally don't want to talk. While she was polite and friendly I wanted to relax in a quiet room for an hour. Great place. Been ging for years but should do more specials on facial treatments to ensure customers come back monthly/weekly.

Hi, Generally I like attending your salon. It is a nice atmosphere. I often get waxes there and am not very happy with leg waxes I get. It turns to stubble within a week and I often find some hairs left on my leg. My old salon would never have done that. I was always smooth and hairless for much longer. My eyebrow waxes are very good. More effort should be made to actually leave legs smooth and hairless otherwise what am I paying for?

very cold feel in Salon definitely a nicer place to visit in Summer. needs a few touches to make it more cosy for winter. staff are pleasant but the women who gave me my facial made me feel like naughty child for not taking proper care of my skin! yes I will go back as it is the only local salon worth visiting. Oh and they should really consider some sound proofing, so distracting when you can hear other people's conversations.
