I've found that Gemma takes great care and attention to detail with both the cut and colour. I've made major changes the last few times I've seen her and each time she has really listened to what I've wanted and has done a great job. She is very friendly and approachable and provides good advice in a very pleasant and tactful way. I highly recommend her and the salon.

Staff- always polite, welcoming and helpful without the 'only interested in our beautiful young clients' youth focus of some other salons. Music - at level where it's easy to hear and not the usual head banging disco sound of many other salons - they were playing blues at my last visit ( more please). Staff happy to discuss products but not in the least pushy about you buying from them. The 'dreaded wash room' - a joy I look forward to at this salon - peaceful, candlel lit, better than usual relaxing music, lovely smelling wash products, good head massage and warmed towels after the wash - bliss ( I'd happily go along just for the wash room service). Parking - normally a pain in Carlton but the salon offers a deal with the car park next door. Timing - the reason I often leave salons; if you want me to make an appointment & arrive on time , return the courtesy - understood at this salon.
