Gemma was so great! She understood exactly what I wanted and made me feel so comfortable if I didnt like my new (much shorter) haircut then I could come back and she would fix anything I was unhappy with. Not necessary though because its a great haircut!

Staff- always polite, welcoming and helpful without the 'only interested in our beautiful young clients' youth focus of some other salons. Music - at level where it's easy to hear and not the usual head banging disco sound of many other salons - they were playing blues at my last visit ( more please). Staff happy to discuss products but not in the least pushy about you buying from them. The 'dreaded wash room' - a joy I look forward to at this salon - peaceful, candlel lit, better than usual relaxing music, lovely smelling wash products, good head massage and warmed towels after the wash - bliss ( I'd happily go along just for the wash room service). Parking - normally a pain in Carlton but the salon offers a deal with the car park next door. Timing - the reason I often leave salons; if you want me to make an appointment & arrive on time , return the courtesy - understood at this salon.

A big thank you to Wendy for the fabulous cut, treatment and blow wave. She executed my wishes perfectly! I'd also like to express my appreciation for how lovely Wendy treated me and how courteous she was regarding my hearing impairment. It was a lovely experience. A week later and my hair is feeling soft and healthy. I can't wait to come in for a colour and treatment in January.
