This is the first week salons have been allowed to open after some stage 4 restrictions were lifted, 1 week earlier than originally planned. Bec & Smith managed to bring forward my appointment which was much appreciated! I felt welcomed & Covid safe as soon as I arrived. The staff were very mindful of required distancing & cleaning. Orla was delightful, friendly, professional & great at her job as always. The icing on the cake was just that - a "We Missed You" mini cupcake. A beautifully thoughtful gesture which brought a tear to my eye. It was just delicious!
