I love going to Reds and it's local for me. The staff are trained to a very high level and are so friendly but it is pricey and each year as more awards are won, it gets more expensive and above the rate of inflation. I have a straight forward cut and blow wave and it can cost around £30 to £40. I have stopped going for additional treatments such as manicures and facials as it just costs too much and I can get a treatment package at a spa hotel using Elemis products with full spa access for a day a lot cheaper. I think loyalty cards would be a great addition to Reds so long-time regular customers like me can go back to using my local salon for everything and get rewarded with free or discounted treatments after accumulating a certain level of points. It would differentiate Reds from other salons, ensuring Reds keeps its current client base and attracts new clients.
