Always friendly on reception - but even better today - the young lady who met me and took me to the chair was excellent Gregg is professional and good at his job I don't mind paying £20 for a haircut but I am aware it can be done for under £10 elsewhere - this is the only reason I scored a 9 for the last 2 questions as not all people think a gents haircut is worth £20 I am happy to pay this amount Thanks Again Neil M
