Not really upset just felt communication was a little missing today. Just a word about what’s happening eg: acknowledging your re entering the room to do etc etc especially when clients are unable to open eyes to visually feel safe. In the past l have found that this has been done, today l did actually have someone that l have not had before. Another than a little bit of chat about process etc that didn’t happen. l am happy with my Procedure/treatment.
