Unfortunately I did not get what I asked for, I requested a certain masseur as she had come recommended as being very good at remedial massage, I did stress on the phone making the appointment I did not want a relaxing massage as I was in pain and had a head ache from my shoulders. Got to my appointment did not get the masseur I requested and got a relaxation massage. It was lovely and she was very nice and did a beautiful soft job. Highly recommend her if your after a relaxing massage. Just not what I requested or needed and I would not pay that sort of money for what I got.

I still have wax on my legs after I got home from my leg wax, a few areas were also missed. Disappointed in the value for the money it cost. Maybe better lighting was needed in the room???

I was booked in for a 30 minutes massage and 1 hour signature facial, was in and out in 55 minutes costing $186 ! Not complaining about the lady who did it as she was good, but feel I missed out on my rare treat !

Not really upset just felt communication was a little missing today. Just a word about what’s happening eg: acknowledging your re entering the room to do etc etc especially when clients are unable to open eyes to visually feel safe. In the past l have found that this has been done, today l did actually have someone that l have not had before. Another than a little bit of chat about process etc that didn’t happen. l am happy with my Procedure/treatment.

I was given a gift card and was dissapointed to pay more even though it was only 5 dollars could have been embarrassing if I didnt have the money I enjoyed the relaxation massage and near the end actually relaxed. Only one loud noisy moment from the laneway
